Formed in 1990, Essential Supply Products Ltd (esp) is one of the UK's leading independent manufacturers and converters of disposable tissue products. Based in Malvern, Worcestershire esp supply tissue paper products and dispenser systems to wholesale distributors, who in turn, serve the Away from Home (non-consumer) market. With a broad range of products manufactured and held in stock for the janitorial, hotel, restaurant, facilities management, catering, industrial and healthcare sectors, as well as just-in-time supply and around-the-clock production, esp provide a level of competitiveness and convenience, not possible elsewhere in the UK.
Currently employing over 70 people (many of whom live locally), esp has proud of its Worcestershire location and profile as an important local employer. In June 2014 esp were proudly certified to ISO 9001:2008 Quality and ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management Standards. Our current facilities cover just over 160,000 square feet, which is split between a converting unit, offices and three warehouses. In 2007, esp started searching for suitable land/premises to amalgamate all areas into one location. The 19-acre site at Blackmore Park in Malvern was purchased in 2013 and following months of design work, the planning application was submitted and approved. The new site consolidates all of our production and sales operations, enabling us to continue servicing the current markets whilst also allowing for future development and expansion into new areas. Through innovative design and continued investment, and esp’s desire to create a world-class converting plant is well under way.
