Tevita Taumoepeau – Worcester Warriors Rugby Club

ESP is proud to sponsor, for the 2011 -2012 season, Tevita Taumoepeau of the Premiership rugby union club Worcester Warriors.

Giant prop Tevita, a huge cult hero with fans at the Warriors, has become a rock in the Worcester scrum since joining the club in 2005.  The tighthead juggernaut has made over 150 appearances for Warriors.  The Tongan international, who has played 29 times for his country, is regarded as one of the best signings at Warriors as he has gone on to dominant front row battles in both the Premiership and RFU Championship.

Daniel Thomas – Golf Professional

ESP has signed a New Year sponsorship deal with Daniel Thomas, Golf Professional.  Daniel, based in Oxfordshire, having enjoyed a glittering amateur career is now aiming to hit the heights of the European Tour and play among the game’s elite players.  2012 will see Daniel competing on the PGA EuroPro Tour, the Jamega Tour and the TP Tour.  He aims to gain a top five place on the EuroPro order of merit which will enable him to gain his playing privileges on the Challenge Tour.

Throughout the 2012 season Daniel will be working alongside the team at ESP with the running of corporate golf days.  ESP customers will have the fantastic opportunity to play alongside him in ProAm golf tournaments as well as possibly receiving one to one golf tuition.  Watch out for future promotions for further details.

Acorns Children's Hospice

Acorns Children’s Hospice, based in Worcestershire, provide care and support for children and young people who have life limiting or life threatening conditions.  This means they are unlikely to reach adulthood.  The hospices are designed to be a home-from home to help children enjoy their stay and make the most of every day.  Games rooms, soft-play areas, gardens and lots of toys help to ensure a happy stay.  The hospices have therapeutic facilities such as hydrotherapy pools and multi-sensory rooms.  Special adolescent wings ensure privacy for older children.

As part of ESP's commitment to their local community they have negotiated with Daniel and agreed that 10% of his net winnings for the duration of the sponsorship will be donated to the Acorn Children’s Hospice in the Midlands.  See www.acorns.org.uk for further information on this charity or to make a donation.
