How long does a standard delivery take?   (go to top)
3 to 5 working days.

Can I upgrade my delivery to a next day?   (go to top)
Yes, next day delivery is available at an additional cost - please contact our Customer Services team for further details.

Can I collect my good from the warehouse?   (go to top)
Yes you can, please confirm with the office which warehouse your goods will be at as we have two warehousing sites.

What time is the warehouse open?   (go to top)
Monday - Thursday: 8.00am to 3.30pm ; Friday:  8.00am to 2.30pm.

Do you supply alternatives to other paper products available on the market?   (go to top)
Please contact our sales team, we will try and help you wherever possible.

Who is my Regional Sales Manager?   (go to top)
There are currently four regional sales managers covering the UK and Eire.  Please visit our meet the team page to find out who your Regional Sales Manager is.

Can I visit the esp site?   (go to top)
We are proud of our facilities at esp and are more than happy to welcome customers on site.  Please organise any visits with your Regional Sales Manager.

Can you send me images of your products?   (go to top)
Yes, we have stock images of the majority of our products and dispensers.  Please send any image requests to our marketing department (marketing@espenigma.com).

Can you send me samples?   (go to top)
We are happy to send individual samples out, please speak to our customer service team.  We do not send full case samples.

What is my minimum order quantity?   (go to top)
Minimum order quantities are agreed individually with you Regional Sales Manager, charges may be incurred if you do not meet your agreed minimum order quantity.

Do you do private label products?  What are the lead times for these?   (go to top)
Yes we do produce private labels (subject to certain criteria).  Lead times for private label products are 10 working days once initial process agreed.

Can I have your standard price list?   (go to top)
We do not have a standard price list.  All prices are quoted on a case by case basis and based on volume of purchase.

Can I have spare dispenser keys?   (go to top)
We keep a limited stock of dispenser keys available, we will try and supply spare keys wherever possible.
